Savannah Station?

Hi everyone!

I recently got back from a scouting trip in Savannah.  We looked at the Hilton Savannah DeSoto, the Marshall House, The Mansion, and the AVIA Hotel.  We really liked the Mansion and AVIA and knocked the Marshall House and the Hilton off the list.  The Mansion wants almost $115pp for a LUNCH...  AVIA is great and well priced, but is lacking the historical element that we were looking for.

While we were in Savannah, we bellied up to a bar and someone mentioned Savannah Station.  Does anyone know anything about this venue?  Has anyone ever been to a wedding there?  Let me know!

I have been to several weddings at Savannah Station, it is beautiful.

I agree that Savannah Station itself is beautiful, but the drive to get there and its location are not the greatest.  It is right near the highway and the entrance people drive down to get in looks kind of run down.
