I am looking at having my wedding in Savannah for around 125 guests.  The problem is I want somewhere that I can have the ceremony and reception all in the same place.  My entire budget for the wedding would be around 15,000.  I just need some ideas on where to start looking!!!

I'd suggest the Westin Savannah Harbor. You can have your ceremony on the Westin lawn with the savannah city scape in the background and have your reception inside one of the ballrooms. Also, on their website they feature weddings at thier golf club and they are Gorgeous!! Plus, your guests can spend the night there and so can you and your hubby!
The Telfair museum is nice too.
