URGENT NEED OF HELP - NC LAWS ON BECOMING AN OFFICIANT

Hello! I rarely post here as I live in Va Beach but I'm getting married in Manteo, NC.  My FFIL is getting ordained online (not through ULC) and I need to know where I can find info about about being licensed in NC. He lives in VA. I have googled everything i can and called local county clerks office etc and have gotten NO info.  What are the requirements and laws on being legally ordained in NC?  Please help!!

I ran into the same issue...I called the local county.  The only requirement is that the officiant is ordained....somewhere, anywhere (but ULC).  The license asks for the signature of the officiant and an address.
