Reception Venues in or near Raleigh--any help?

I'm getting married in October of this year.  The wedding will take place outside at my Grandfathers farm about 25 miles from Raleigh, NC. I am looking for an inexpensive place to hold my reception in or around Raleigh.  Here's my criteria, I'm hoping someone will help.

-Allow Dancing
-Accomodate 90+ guests
-Allow outdoor food to be brought in
-Tables and chairs to accomodate guests
-Available around 7pm
-As inexpensive as posisble
-Possible open bar option.

My future husband and I are really wanting to do an open bar considering that most of our friends like to have a good time.  Although we've looked at the option of doing it ourselves, I'd really prefer someone to just take care of everything for me.  Does anyone know of a business that basically rents out a open bar with bartender?

Thanks for all your help!

You should probably post this on your local board, as this one is international. The local board menu is to your left

I found a company in raleigh that rented everything from the tent, dance floor, chairs, linens, tables for under 1K.  Only problem is I have guests that are traveling about an hour to get to the wedding, and who will be drinking after.  My concern mainly is my conversative family.  They are all against "drinking too much" and a few friends that we are inviting tend to party the night away, as my future husband and I intend to do.

I just want it to be a simple wedding with as little drama as possible. Since my family doesnt drink much, I figured that I would try to meet everyone half way.

The Rand Bryan House supplies tables and chairs and you can bring your own alcohol.

I contacted the Country Inn & Suites (RDU Airport) last week and they told me that they allow outside caterers, can fit 120 guests in their ballroom and the rental fee is $1,000. I do not know if that includes tables and chairs. Still, that is a good price for a hotel that offers a group rate for guests and a suite for the bride and groom.

I've never been there, and I don't think it's the most elegant of hotels but it may fit your needs. I'm all for trying to keep the fact that it's just one day in mind.... At least that's what my fiance keeps reminding me. lol

    Good luck!

I just visited The Royal off Hillsborough St. in Raleigh yesterday to look at it for my wedding. It had a very romantic feel and should seat up to 150-200 ish and is very flexible about caterers. But rates for Saturdays were between $2000 - $2500, and their schedule is pretty full through November. But it may be worth looking into.

We had our reception at the NC Museum of History and they meet all of your requirements.  Not sure what the cost currently is, but may be something to look into.
