Borden House in Raleigh

Anyone know the cost to rent this facility and know of anyone that has had their wedding and/or reception there? Thanks!

    we looked into it. i think it's about $400-$500 for the house and the grounds for the day. we chose not to go with this location b/c there are so many restrictions and there isn't one room you can seat all your guests in. we were going to have to put some people upstairs and others downstairs... just didn't work for us.
    for a smaller wedding (60ppl or less) it would work beautifully.
