This is simply stunning! Did you get lucky with the cards being the perfect amount to be equal on the board?Good job!

Thanks! I made everything myself and carefully planned the exact width and height of the cards. I also made sure that I only had 70 cards so that they look perfect in 7 rows on tens. I did this by combining couples & children, etc. I hot glued the hand-made crochet flowers onto the cards and the best part? It didn't even cost that much!$5 for the flowers$10 for the cards/printing$20ish for the board/fabric/ribbonMy sewing skills $Priceless!I must say, I absolutely love DIY and palnning my wedding!

HAHAHA. If I had time, I would totally make you one! I will give you a good tip though, get your cards done at Office Max. They did my programs, cards, invitaitons, etc and they always come out perfect. All I gave them was a excel spreadsheet and told them what I wanted. They printed it on cardstock and cut the cards. It was only $10!!!!My colors are chocolate brown, White, and "Cafe" which is like a cream/khaki color. 16 days. For real?

you have one more day than me. im at fifteen and tomorrow is officially two weeks. ah! i actually already have all of my cards done. but i couldnt get them printed, i had to have them done by a calligrapher. i found wildflower seed packets that are escort cards. since im a tree hugger and all i loved them. the only thing i have left to do is my program and we're not even really doing one. we completely wrote our own ceremony. so basically we're just going to print out like a half or quarter sheet of cardstock with the WP, officiant, and a small thank you. once i do that im doooone.

That looks VERY pretty!!  Great job!! what will you do with the board after the wedding? You could attach some wire in rows to it and hand jewelry from it..

Stees-tree huggers unite! (Like captain planet)I haven't thought about what to do with the board after the wedding! Maybe I'll jsut see if a local knottie wants it? Or maybe I'll sell it for a small profit. It doesn't look as nice upfront because I was sewing with out a guide.

So you hand crocheted all those yourself? How long did it take you to complete that? I only know how to knit, so I am not sure if could accomplish this. Once again, great job- I am sure your guests will be quite impressed!

NO WAY did I crochet those all by myself! I bought them from a Vietnamese girl who did them for me. HAHAHA!!
