Tipping Limo Driver?

We are using Classy Transportation... there is a $100 'service charge' on top of the $725 package... does this mean  we don't have to tip? Thanks!

Ask them what the "service charge" is for.  They may say "it's a gratutity" and they may say "it's the fee to clean the carpets and condition the leather after each use".

I know he works on the upkeep of his classic cars daily, I wouldn't be surprised if that was part of the "service charge" fee.
