Wedding Officiant

Hi All,

I'm in the market for a wedding officiant and what I thought would be a simple $100 deal seemingly is a $400 investment.  All I want is a simple, quick 20 - 30 min nondenominational civil ceremony.  Do any of you recommend anyone in particular and what was their rate?

    That might be tough, I couldn't find anyone under $300 in the RTP area. One idea is to find a friend or relative that's willing to get ordained online & perform the ceremony for you.

    I actually am getting the Carolina Hurricanes personality "Ron the Ref" to marry us, but he won't be in a Ref outfit.  I'm so excited since we are huge hockey fans.  Thanks for the response!
