Permits for the Harrisburg Train Station

I have seen a number of people have a photoshoot at the Harrisburg amtrak station, I was wondering if anyone knew if you needed permits for this?

    We are having our rehearsal dinner there, so I have the contact info for the Harrisburg Redevelopment Authority who is in responsible for the private room there. They would probably know about permits, etc.  Let me know if you want their info!Rachel
