Hotels in Raleigh

Does anyone know of any really nice hotels in the Raleigh/Cary area?
My FI and I are from Wilmington and are taking a three day trip up there after our wedding and just want to stay somewhere nice.

The Umstead is WONDERFUL ... you can also check out RTP's Hilton - the mansion on the hill.  It has a bit of a southern charm in the building.  My favorite hotels in the area are actually B&B's, and with most of the ones in Cary or Raleigh you can't go wrong.

Raleigh's Sheraton is very nice also.  Lots of fun night life in walking distance.
