Need a small venue in Raleigh area!!!!

We are planning a very small second wedding, only about 15-20 guests.  We'd like to do something very intimate, just a private ceremony and either lunch or dinner afterwards.  Any suggestions for a small venue or restaurant to book in the Raleigh area?  We'd also really like to keep it as budget-friendly as possible...

    How about Cafe Luna in downtown Raleigh?  They have a nice room that you can do your ceremony in and then move to their restaurant area for the meal.  Many of the downtown restaurants are closed for lunch on the weekends and just book private parties

    I second Caffe Luna!  We wanted to have our rehearsal dinner there but someone beat us to it.
