Engagement Pictures Locations

Hi Ladies, 
We all feel the cold winter all around us. My fiance and I are having our engagement pictures done in 2 weeks. All the pictures I see are outdoors in the summer time. Does anyone have any ideas about where to have my engagement pictures done? It can be anywhere in the triangle or even in Charlotte. I am up for finding a cute sweater if someone knows a nice outdoor location without a lot of wind.

    Are you college sports fans? All the colleges have some great places for pictures on their campuses. I didn't do engagement pics so I can't really help you :

    We did our's this past weekend, at Nash Park, downtown Raleigh.  It was quiet, and the wind wasn't to bad, plus several spots to get some nice pictures!

    We did ours at the Duke Homestead. It has an old house, barn, small vinyard, etc. Made for some neat pictures :)
