A 17 year old girl was abducted and forced into a green mini van at a Target in Stafford, Virginia. Police are looking for a dark green mini van with Rhode Island tags: 984610. I know this is a national board, but they could be anywhere!!!
Also a heads up to be cautious everywhere. This was in broad daylight (11:25 am). And if you see something like this going on, make sure you whip out your cell phone right way, call the police and get the plates.
