FH and I are new to the Louisville area and are looking at houses. Can anyone recommend a good realtor?

    Suzy Clark with Semonin was great for us!  She sold our house, found us a new one, and helped us close on both.

    Maggie Terry- With Semonin.  My house was for sale with another realtor for like 10 months with no offers.  I hired Maggie and the house had a contract within three weeks.  She also helped us buy the house we bought and made sure the closing dates matched up!
