looking for a barn!! : )

I'm getting married in May of 2010 and am looking to have my reception/ceremony in a barn/vineyard/orchard somewhere around Lancaster.  We're looking to have approximately 250 guests and were hoping to use our own caterer (too picky?)If anyone has any info on a rather inexpensive option-maybe a place that doesn't advertise weddings I would REALLY appreciate it.Thanks so much : )

    Hi Gossip Girl, I would look at the Landis Valley Museum. It has everything you are looking for. I have a friend who's daughter just got married there yesterday. Good Luck!

    It's a slight hike from Lancaster, but the Historic Round Barn outside of Gettysburg is a great place. Friends of mine got married there this past May, and it was awesome. Plus, it's not a typical "go to" place for weddings.

    I just spotted Riverdale Manor online yesterday. I've never been there but the pics on their site look beautiful. Good luck!

    I'm getting married 10.10.10 at the country barn farm market.  The place is awesome.  Farmer Jim is great to work with.  It is a working farm and he does the catering as well.
