Hair or Nails fresno/clovis ca?

We are getting our engagement pics & I need to get my hair cut and want to get my nails done.. but everywhere I go screws up my nails.. I even went to a place that was really expensive hoping to get better results but got worse..Does anyone have any recomendations for a hair or nail place in fresno or clovis area? thanks.

    I have a hard time finding a good nail place, too... help!  I am tired of those place that use the dremel on my already thin nails and despite saying they'll be careful, they sand them so thin that when I soak off the acrylic weeks later if I so much as bump a finger, the nail cracks and bleeds!
