Anyone else?

Getting married at Hahn Estates here in Soledad, where we live. Looking to have a VERY CASUAL affair and simply enjoy the sights, people and fun. Haven't really done much planning other than reserving the venue and looking at a few photographer websites. Don't really want to spend an arm and a leg on food, DJ, etc, etc!

Anyone else have some ideas for economical wedding vendors?

We're getting married 4/3/11 at Laguna Seca Golf Ranch, Balesteri's runs the restaurant and bar.  We looked a Hahn but it didn't suit our needs Contemporary Catering is an approved vendor for Hahn though and their food is very good.  Our photographer is McCollough Photography and they are wonderful to work with and have an ala cart menu.  Our DJ is Rock Bottom DJ and I have heard that he does a wonderful job.

Got the photographer locked in. Using Misty Dameron out of Bakersfield. Still need a caterer, but looking for something casual, like a pig roast, BBQ, etc. No need for a formal, sit-down affair. Thanks for the DJ recommendation!
