So we are having 3 signature drinks for our wedding.Baked apple Pie/ Caramel Apple Martinis/ and The Devestator (an electric blue lemonade renamed because my FH is a transformer fanatic!)Baked Apple Pie (for wedding and engagement party)Ingredients:1 ounce Clear Creek Eau de Vie de Pomme apple brandy (2 tablespoons) 1 ounce apple cider (2 tablespoons) 1 teaspoon whipped cream Pinch of grated nutmeg Spiked Cider (just for engagement party)Ingredients:3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon Pinch of ground ginger 1 quart unpasteurized apple cider 4 ounces apple brandy, such as Laird’s Applejack Directions:In a small bowl, mash the butter with the cinnamon and ginger. Heat the apple cider in a medium saucepan over medium heat until hot but not boiling, about 4 minutes. Pour the hot cider into 4 mugs. Add 1 ounce of apple brandy to each mug and top with a dollop of the spiced butter
