wording help!

Please help me out!I am trying to make a sign to tell people to pick up their place cards take them to the table they are sitting at and to put them at their place setting so the caterer will know who is eating what.Please help me shorten that up with nice wording :)

    "Please put your placecard at your seat." ?? Most guests WILL know to do this, or you'd assume. But we had a few placecards still sitting on the table. I made the reception venue a diagram/chart a day before so they knew how many of each dish were at each table. I'm guessing that came in handy.

    my caterer actually requested to know how many of each dish at each table.  I think I will keep it simple with your suggestion :) thanks!
