    I was in touch with them (only a few back-n-forth emails, really, as I was doing informative inquires) and my first impression was that they seemed to be very courteous and effective. Have you e-mailed them? Contact them and give them a few questions, and see how well they respond to your questions. Sorry I'm not much help. Good luck! :)
