Budget dress tip!

Hey Ladies!This is my first post on this board, but I have been 'lurking' for quite awhile on and off.  I know I have see the store Your White Dress mentioned a few times, but I just thought I'd bring it up again!  I got my dress there last weekend, and it was great!  All their dresses are 299+tax, and some are pretty old, but quite a few are really nice!  The staff was really good too, I went on a Friday afternoon, and I was the only one there!  So if you are on a tight budget (like me!) I would highly recommend it!!!!Cindy

    I also got my dress discounted from Heirlooms Bridal Shoppe in Dundas. They had a clearance sale in August, and my dress only cost $100!

    I got my dress at Your White Dress to!!  I love the gown and the girls there were very friendly and helpful. The pric was right to, now I have a nicer wedding set ;) I went on a Saturday and there were a few other brides there, but not overly busy. I say give it a try !Beth

    If you want a true "designer" dress on a budget, check out Preowned wedding dresses. The site is individuals selling their gowns, many are new (some slaon's post new, or sample gowns at extreme discounts). I bought a $6000, Monique Lhuillier for $2000! Most of the posters are willing to negotiate (the seller originally wanted $2500). The link is

    Another tip I got for those with pricey taste is to go to The Dress Room on Danforth.  It's right beside Becker's Bridal on Danforth.
