Atlantis?

Has anyone had their wedding, or been to a wedding at Atlantis?

    I haven't been to a wedding there, but I've known a lot of receptions to be held there - a lot of schools in Toronto have their proms there in the Spring.

    The wedding I went to had outside caterers. The service was fine but I actually can't remember if the staff was from Atlantis or the catering restaurant.

    The only complaint I really have is that the room is V shaped, with the head table at the point of the V and the tables scattering out from there. I was at a table near the back (the top of the V) and our area could not hear anything the entire night. I would say more speakers would solve that.

    The windows showing the city lights after dark were amazing. I don't think you can get that from any other venue in the city.

    I've been to a wedding and the food and service were great.  Just the layout of the room.  I was sitted so far away it was hard to see the head table and the sun coming in when it's going down made it so hot by the windows even with the blinds down.
