Applying for a Marriage Licence

Hey Girls -

Wondering if my fiance needs to come with me to apply for our marriage licence? I know he will need to sign the application form, and I can use his birth certificate and passport - is that enough? I can't seem to find that information. Thanks!

You don't both need to go in - one of you can go in and take the necessary paperwork for both of you.
