Hi ladies, im from Connecticut in the US but im visiting Toronto to see some family this weekend.

I was wondering if you knew of any restaurants that offer gluten-free food.

Heya! I know you from the July board! I don't know any gluten free restaurants, but have fun in Toronto this weekend! The weather has been gorgeous!

I worked at a few different restaurants in Toronto over the years, but don't remember any gluten-free ones!  However, many restaurants have items on the menu that can be modified to gluten-free.  Here's a list of some restaurants and their menu items. (click)

There are also a couple gluten-free bakeries in Toronto (do a google search).
