Hello,

I'm wondering if anyone has an idea of the going rate these days for renting linens? I looking for a cost efficient vendor for this service and for 10 table clothes and 100 napkins would prefer not to pay more than $25/ table...is this realistic? We don't want anything fancy, just want to add another element of colour into the room.

Appreciate your advise.

Chair-Man Mills has a current price list on their website:

Of course they're not the only rental company and you might be able to shop around to find better prices, but I think they're one of the largest rental companies in the city so it's a good benchmark. I think $25/table is totally doable!

We had ivory damask linens for rounds of 8 for $16, and rounds of 10 for $18.  We didn't get napkins, but I think they were $1 each.  Your budget is definitely doable!  We used Fantastik Trading in Brampton.

Ditto PPs, $25/table is definitely possible.

I'm not sure where in the GTA you are but I like Pat's Party Rentals, they have tablecloths for $4-$13 each and coloured napkins are $0.70 each.

They have locations in Burlington and Oakville.

Also, I met someone from Special Event Rentals at a bridal show and they seemed nice and have linens as well.  http://specialevents.on.ca/ They have locations in Burlington, Oakville, and Hamilton.

I have saved somewhere the name of a SUPER cheap decor rental place, I got suckered into booking w an expensive one, so I'm hoping I REALLY get my moneys worth!

$3 chair covers
$2 satin napkins
$15 table cloth

Yeah, I went into that one COMPLETELY blind!
