NEEDING A VENUE

I am trying to find an inexpensive venue.  I would like ideally one that has a church and reception area..(like the doctors house).  But it needs to hold alot of people.  We are looking at 300 guests for both ceremony and reception.  It needs to be wheelchair accessible as well..

I love Muskoka and that would be the perfect setting.  I also have a potential caterer so if they allow outside catering that would be ideal.  

Anybody have any ideas??  I also need accommodations attached or close by for alot of out of town guests.

    as long as the venue is completely wheelchair accessible, can hold up to 300 people if we end up with that many people and can allow an outside caterer then I will go anywhere to find a venue
