Where to find Wedding Day jewelry? (Toronto/Durham Region)

Brides, where are you getting your wedding day jewelry? I'm just beginning my search - looking for myself and for my 'maids. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

With thanks  :)

I live in London, Ontario. I got mine at a kiosk in the mall called "Vivah." My bracelet is from Mappins Jewellers and it was only $169. It is a sterling silver and diamond bracelet.

I got my bridesmaids bracelets from Vivah as well. They were on sale, but I think I got two pairs of earrings, and two bracelets for $120.

The Vivah kiosks are great, as are the Bittersweet kiosks and stores.

Raynes, Ya for sure... I love Etsy!! I've had my eyes on Etsy for some accessories for the wedding for quite some time, but when it really got down to looking for real, I wasn't too impressed with the jewelry I saw on there... I think I'm more of a shopper who needs to touch things before I buy!  LOL

If you are looking for fine Silver, there is a huge range on the online store for Global Wealth Trade, an MLM company that actually have gorgeous, high end jewelry, as well as more affordable silver pieces. There is also a showroom in Richmond Hill, where you can view the producs first hand. They also do custom work, as well as have a large range of gold and platinum, tungstun jewellry, and ceramicc timepieces... The Silver pieces are all in the "Feri" line.

There are a number of shops on Queen St with beautiful (and affordable) wedding jewelry. Start around Spadina and go west.

Ok, so I checked out Bittersweet at Yorkdale this weekend. It's a pretty big store, bigger than I was expecting. They have a TON of jewellery. I went with my Mom and younger sister (both have a love of necklaces) and we all spent a good while looking around. They have a pretty good selection of bridal jewellery. The girl working there helped me to try on about 4 or 5 necklaces and made suggestions based on what I was looking for. I settled on a beautiful necklace that is pearls and some sparkle since it goes with my vintage-y dress.

Anyway, Bittersweet Yorkdale is worth a look. Not sure what the other locations are like.

For myself, between my mother and I we have enough jewelry that I don't need to buy anymore for my wedding day.

But...for my bridesmaids, I'm getting them pearls from www.pearlsonly.ca. You pay less and they give you a certificate for the original cost. :D

Thanks for the info everyone!  I've never heard of pearlsonly.ca...  Good to know for future reference.  Well, I found their jewelry! I ended up buying a pearl earrings and bracelet set for my BM's from Etsy.com.  The set is one with pearls and swarovski crystals and rhinestones that's not too matcy-matchy to their dresses, something they can hopefully wear again to a future event or special occasion.
