spray tans?

Have any of you ladies gotten spray on tans?  I've never done this before so I don't know who wuold be a good company to use.. what questions to ask.. if the machine is good enough or if you need someone to hand-spray?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I had a spray tan before from Palm Beach Mega Tan, and I wasn't happy at all.
About a week after, the tan started to wash off unevenly.  There were spots of tan all over, and the tan rubbed off on any white clothing I wore.

Others may have had different experiences, but that was mine and I will never do it again.

    Good Luck!

I had a spray tan a while ago and was really happy with it.  It wasn't too dark, spotty, and it didn't rub off very much at all.  Unfortunately the place I went is no longer in business :(  It was machine done as opposed to a handheld sprayer.  I went for another spray, thinking that a handheld so called professional would be even better...I was terribly wrong.  I was very, very dark and orange...not an attractive look at all.

I recommend going to a larger salon where they do it by machine, not handheld.  Sorry I don't have any specific locations to tell you!  Good luck on your hunt for a great place.  Let us know when you find one :)

I've done the machine and the hand sprayed.  It can rub off on clothes, bothof them.  The machine experience for me was awful.  I had blotches all over my hands and arms where I was light and super dark.  As one of my customers politely put it, they thought I had a skin issue.  The hand done one wasmuch better.  The woman sprayed me evenly and ws cautious around areas the tan would skick to more.  The only problem I had was if there's and area that gets a alot of heat and may shed skin, it's comein off regardless.  If you're gonna try a spray tan, try one well in advance so you know you lke it, and if not, you have time to get rid of it. Clinique does have a pretty good tanning lotion.

    Hey girls,

My sister in law is the manager at Fabutan and they do HD spray tans. It goes on clear until about 4 hours later when the color starts to come through. Before you go in, they go over everything with you and you choose the EXACT hue of tan you'd like to acheive. They also have alot of variety of scents to put in the spray so you smell great when you come out.
I did it for Mexico, and I looked AMAZING. The color was 100% even, and I had 0 streaks.

I was very skeptical at first, but when I noticed to color after I was hooked. I would reccomend going in and talking to them and doing a trial ( as opposed to going in the morning of your wedding ... lol)

    I hope this helps!!
