Printing Pics....

So I was wondering where to go get my pics developed from the photographer.. I'm from York, PA. I first downloaded them to Walgreens and I was just going to print them there since the 10 cent deal is on now... but when I was previewing them they weren't printing right - I guess they aren't truely 4 x 6 pictures. I know when you take a picture with your digital camera and go and get them developed you lose a little but this was very noticible. I know some of the pics are also panoramic... Any suggestions?

I always get my photos develpoped from Yorkphoto.com. I get them within two days and the print quality is great. Also, once you start purchasing from them you will get a lot of offers for 4 cent prints.

We got prints of our e-pics at Target. I took the CD in and put it in their machine and then was able to crop and resize so the photos that were odd sizes still looked great.

I've heard great things about mpix.com, but I haven't used them yet. I order mine through shutterfly now.

I know on snapfish they give you an option to make the picture a tiny bit smaller to help with the quality.At snapfish the pictures are 4x5.3 instead of 4x6 to better accommodate the 3:4 aspect ratio of digital cameras photos. It doesnt cost anymore and that size is $.09 a pieceplus they have 110% quality guarantee

One of the photographers we met with suggested adorama and we plan on ordering prints through them when we get our wedding pictures.  From what I can tell, adorama and mpix use the same photography grade paper and adorama is a bit cheaper.
