where to get belt...

im looking for a belt like this..


its about an inch - inch and a half thick and they have it at le chateau with silver/black beading instead of gold.

i need ones similar like this...or exactly like this but cheaper! The one above is $35 at le chateau..

anyone have suggestions of where i can look?

    I think that's a good buy - on etsy and even in the wedding stores, the sashes run anywhere from $60-$400 depending on how elaborate you want the beading/crystals.  Even the one on David's Bridal is about $80.

    You can also try Sussman's downtown Toronto.  I hear they have great stuff but have yet to check it out myself.

    I agree with Jewel, if you like that one I'd buy it for $35 before they don't have it anymore.  If you go to a bridal salon they will easily be over $100.

    When I was looking for wedding accessories I scoured jewellery sections in Sears, The Bay, Rickis, Cleo, Reitmans, Zellers, Walmart... you never know what you're going to find.

    Sussmans isn't cheap. My friend paid $75 for a simple flower hair clip.  A belt would be more, I imagine. I would try H&M. They have decent belts.

    i know the price is not bad. but i have a budget i am working with
    just strecth fabric with some sparkly detail.

    i used to see sooo many of these belts that you could wear with tunic dresses and now no stores have them.. :(

    ok this is weird.  My sister is looking for the same thing for her bridesmaids dress for my wedding for Sep 22! She too went to le chateau but didnt want to spend the cash for it.  How weird!?  anyways, check out micheals in their wedding aisle, she liked the one from there and it was $30 but with a coupon its 40%.  Or check out claires I saw some there for abour $20

    If you're crafty you could make your own.  Fabricland might have some trim that you like that you could turn into belts.
