Can anyone recommend a place to rent an LCD projector and screen ?

    Did you check with your reception venue?  They might have access to one and then you don't need to lug it around and set it up.  DJs often rent them as well - are you having a DJ?

    hm, no the venue doesn't have one and we don't have a DJ...

    We used Vistek for our photobooth rentals, and I know they have a lot of audiovisual - try there.  Staples or something like that may have a rental center as well.

    Do you have any friends who are teachers?  We're bringing one from work.  Most schools have tons of those now.
