Hi ladies,

Style: Martina Liana Original - Dress #257. Strapless corset style dress

Size:
Before I tell you the size, know that it is completely odd. I am about a size 14 or so in regular clothes. The dress I bought is a size 12! This designer really knows how to make you feel good about yourself. I know the general rule is that usually your wedding gown is 2 sizes bigger than what you normally wear, therefore I should have bought a size 18 gown. She went the opposite. So, don't be fooled by the size, know that I am about a 14 and it fit like a glove!

Colour: Ivory

Material: Deluxe Duponi Silk

Jacket/Bolero: Must be sold with dress - jacket is a size 10 (again don't let the sizing fool you). All over lace to match dress (as seen in the picture on the web-site).

Alterations: I did not have a single alteration done to the dress as it fit perfectly. I did however have a bustle made (two styles), had clips sewn onto the bolero/dress so it would stay put and had a double clasp sewn into the top of the back so that it would not pop open.

Length: I am 5'8" and wore flat shoes as my hubby is 5'7". I did not alter the length of the dress so if you are my height and wearing flats it is perfect. If you are taller, it may be too short.

Receipts: Still have the receipts from the store where I purchased it and the original tag and garment bag.

Price: For the dress and bolero I paid $2,200.00. For the minor alterations I did I paid $120.00 and I had it dry cleaned for $175.00. Grand total cost is about $2,500.00. I am asking $1,300 and of course I only wore it once.

Condition: it is in great condition, the bottom of the dress got a little bit dirty from being outside (it rained that day) but the dry cleaning removed the marks pretty well. They are not completely gone but pretty good. Also, if you are shorter than me and plan on shortening the dress, it will be like perfect and the marks would be removed.

This really is a beautiful dress and I got a ton of compliments on it!

Veil

Style:
I don't know the terminology but it the type of veil that just falls down your back, it does not cover your face. It has a gorgeous lace pattern trim and matched the look of the dress very nicely. I actually kind of regret not wearing it.

Colour: Ivory to match dress

Length: From the comb to the bottom of the veil it is reaches the middle to bottom of my bum

Condition: Never wore the veil as I wanted a broach in my hair instead and I didn't like the look of both.

Cost: Cost for veil was $240.00 plus taxes. Will sell for $100.00.

White pomeries

Quantity:
8 qty of the 8" poms and 6 qty of the 6" poms

Use: I hung these on the ceremony chairs and from the arbor for our ceremony. It added a bit of décor. The venue then took them and used them in the reception room afterwards.

Colour: White

Ribbon Colour: Currently it is green but when I bought them it was white. I changed it very easily with a hot glue gun as the centers are foam balls. Some of them the ribbon is missing so you will need to add it yourself.

Cost: Bought the 8 inch ones for $12.00 and the 6 inch ones for $10.00. Will sell the 8 inch ones for $6.00 each and the 6 inch ones for $5.00 each. If you buy all of them together will sell them for $70.00

Tulle

Quantity:
I have about ¼ of a bolt of ivory Tulle bought from Michael's and about ½ to ¾ of a bolt of white tulle also bought from Michaels.

Cost: Will sell both for $20.00 - the two bolts together cost me $90.00

Tea light holders

Quantity:
60 quantity

Use: I used these as tealight holders and also for some of the smaller arrangements I had on my table. My table consisted of 4x4x4, 3x3x3 and 2x2x2 vases down the centre of the table with flowers and then some tea lights mixed in there.

Size: 2x2x2 (squareish with rounded corners)

Cost: Will sell all of them for $25.00

Not wedding related - Memory Foam Bed Topper
I have a king size memory foam mattress topper from Costco. We cannot user it because my hubby needs a firm mattress for his back and this is just to soft and squishy for him.

We used it for about 1 year before the chiropractor said no more!

So, I am selling this as well for $70.00

It is for a king size bed.

The cover has a zipper and can be removed and washed.

I will be sad to see this go and it is so very very comfortable.

Thanks for looking!
