This is the first I've heard of a possible strike... any ideas on when it would begin if it does come to that?

ryandj4ever - welcome to the boards! Are you concerned about this issue for your own wedding planning? I hadn't heard there was any potential possibility - is this due to new contract negotiations that year? I wouldn't worry about it, honestly.
