NWR - basal body thermometer recs

I need to buy a basal body temp thermometer and was wondering if anyone had a recommendation for a good one.  I remember a post from a while back (which I can't find now) saying that the Target one is not reliable, so does anyone have a good brand that they can recommend to me? TIA!

I got the BD one through Amazon... my Target thermometer was not the most reliable, but the BD one has been great!

Hmm... I'm ordering TCOYF this week, so I suppose I'll learn all about it then, but... whats a basal thermometer and is it different from what I have to check if I have a fever? I was planning to start keeping track tomorrow (though it turns out I should have started today, oops!) using my regular old thermometer. Is that ok?

Basal does lower readings, and some are more accurate/detailed.
