Tux cost?

My Fi's best man asked us a couple of days ago how much the tuxes would roughly cost and we have no clue.  So for everyone that has this checked on their list how much did your guys pay?  It doesn't have to be tuxes they could be suits.  I am not sure if color matters but we are planning on them being brown.  I don't even care if they are a tux or a suit.  Also where did you go for them?  I was looking at Top line Tuxedo.  TIA

Our guys paid around $150.  Our dad's for a less fancy tux paid $100.  Your FI should have to pay for his if he has 5 or more people getting tuxes.

That was at Men's Warehouse where they ran that deal.

We got ours at Mens Warehouse and I believe the guys paid a little over $100 for the tux/suit and all accessories. We just got the basic one button jacket with a vest and tie.

The place where we are going is if 5 or more people get  a tux the groom gets his free!

we went to a small shop (Mac's Clothing in Juniata County) with ValueTux we didn't end up with the Value line but ours were regularly 100...they were running a special at the time that if you reserved in Feb they took $25 off so they are only $75...It is free for the FI with 4 others there but we only have 3 groomsmen and decided it wasn't worth the ringbearer rental just to save on FI's

We are using J and B Bridal in Chambersburg, and with every 5 rented, the groom gets a suit or tux to KEEP.  We thought that was the best deal we've seen!

Wow! That is a great deal!

Shellebelle, we haven't gotten this checked off our list yet. It is our next big step too. We are going to try to look for suits. There is something very strange to me about renting your wedding day attire or renting clothing in general. If we can't find something reasonable to purchase we will definitely look into renting though!

We booked Sarno and Son's at a wedding expo. For a $10 booking fee all tuxes for the wedding party were 1/2 price and DH's was free. The half price applies to the base tux-  shirt, pants, jacket and tie. With the addition of a coordinating vest and shoes they totaled $96 for each GM. PIB if you would like to see what they chose.

My fi was just best man in a friend's wedding and the tux cost us $140.  That was from Men's Warehouse.  It had a green herringbone vest and looked really nice, but still kinda expensive.  The nice thing about Men's Warehouse is that you can return the tux to any store, which was super convenient since we had to travel to annapolis for the wedding and then went home to sw virginia..
