    I don't think there's anywhere in there that you HAVE to specify that it is, or is not a Mass, although if it WAS a Mass, you could say the wedding mass or nuptial mass, as opposed to saying wedding ceremony.

    we had Mass, but you can easily amend our wording.

    "JLP and PAM request the honour of your presence at their marriage in the sacrament of holy matrimony and the celebration of the Nuptial Mass" (italics could be left off in your case).

    We are not having a full mass and basically said exactly what kmm did.  We've been kind of spreading work of mouth that it is not a full mass when people ask about it.

    usually, if you have Mass it is indicated on the invite.  if the invite does not mention teh Nuptial Mass then taht indicates there will nto be Mass.  you usually dont see an invite that does not mention the Mass then have Mass.  i've only been to one wedding where the Mass was not mentioned on the invite, but did occur, adn that was because the invite overall was poorly written, btu i also know that there had been a big battle between mom adn bride over whether to have Mass.  guess mom won.
