I took time this weekend to enter all my charts to date into FF.  it seems that for the most part, my ovulation date agreed with FF's dates.  i also like how it will estimate for you your expected ovulation and period dates.  i already checked out our july vacation, and i think i'll be in phase III for our trip.  awesome!  :-)

do any of you pay the $45 per year fee or do you all just use the free basic version?  if you pay or paid, do you think it is worth it?  I think that the ovulation and period prediction functions are only available with a paid subscription - not sure yet if that alone is worth the money.

I paid it. I like the added tools - you can do different analysis to compare your charts and I thought it was worth the money!

I think if somebody signs up for FF through your profile or something, you get 30 free VIP days.

yes, im getting the 30 day VIP now.  i like the features, just not sure if its worth it yet (after only 2 days!).

How do you sign up through the profile? I couldn't find it.

I don't pay for the extra tools. It shows my cycle history still so I can see the average length, ovulation date, etc.

The only thing I don't like is that the extra information I check in the boxes doesn't show on the chart like it did with VIP. But if I move my cursor over the day it shows my notes so I've just started recording details that way.

Maybe I'm just cheap but I didn't think the extra money was worth it.

Those who did pay for the extra features - which ones do you use the most and what do they do? I'm wondering if I'm missing out on some cool features.
