Final dress fitting today...did not go well :(

She couldn't get the top clasp to close in the back, or the zipper to go the last inch.  I am having a small freak out...it's *that time* of the month, so maybe that's it??  Gah, I hate this.  Every other fitting it has fit perfectly!

Any safe, quick ways to drop a little weight in two weeks without going overboard?  I can't lose too much, or it will be too big.  It fit everywhere but the top perfectly :(

I would say to drinks lots of water... if it is just your time of the month, then no prob! Also, a lower-salt diet so you can get rid of any "bloat" before the big day! Good luck!!!

AF can definitely do that to you. I second drinking lots of water and trying to watch what you eat the next few weeks. Eat lots of fruits and veggies, too.

I am sure everything will be fine. My SIL went through her entire wedding and reception in a dress she barely fit in as she was 3+ months pregnant. Her step mom didn't want her to change b/c she paid for it and thought it would be wasting all that money.

Have you ever done/heard of the 30 Day Shred? It's a Jillian Michaels workout video and while this may not be true for everyone, I have consistently found that if I do it, I tighten up *very* quickly, like within a couple days of doing it daily. It only takes about 25 mins and you should be able to find it at Target or Walmart. Good luck!

I second all of PPs suggestions, and I want to offer one of my own: GREEN TEA.

Drinking two cups of green tea a day can raise your metabolism and help you burn as much as 75 extra calories a day. (Make sure you don't add a ton of sugar though, I usually add a slice or two of lemon.)

I usually have one cup of black coffee and one cup of some kind of not-sweetened tea each day, but I'll start subbing green tea for both!  Thanks for the suggestions ladies!
