Prayers for Vermont Please

Hello all.

I am asking that you please pray for my friends and family in Vermont.  Things up there are very, very bad.  Many are stranded with roads in every direction gone; bridges gone; my mother is currently without water/sewer/power, although not completely stranded.  The devastation is unbelieveable.  If you are on facebook, please visit "Vermont Flooding 2011" and spread the word that the Red Cross of Vermont and New Hampshire can use donations and help.

    Calypso, I saw some of this on the news.  I am sorry to hear your family is being affected.  Prayers for your family, and all those in the floods.

    I saw a video of a covered bridge being practically wiped out.  I know what terrible flooding can do, growing up in St. Louis and being there for the Great Flood of '93, although my family was not directly affected.  Prayers for your family!
