shower invite ideas

Hi ladies! my brother is getting married in May and my mom and I are working on the shower invites.  just wondering if anyone has some good ideas, samples, or websites for invite wording! nothing cheezy.  and We are thinking of doing a room theme for guests so I'm wondering how to present that too....such as kitchen, game room, bathroom, wine cellar, etc. Thanks for anything you can give me!!!

I have heard of a very cute idea, you send out the invite on a recipe card and each guest write their favorite or famous recipe on the back, as they come in you collect them and get a fancy little recipe box to put them in.
