FI and I have our first meeting with the monsignor tonight and I have no idea what to expect. Anyone care to share your experience?

    he will most likely go over the process with you, have you fill out some paperwork, and schedule your pre-cana.  he may or may not set a date for the wedding with you.

    Pretty much ditto calyspo. If you don't already know him, he will probably try to get to know both of you and gather all of your paperwork needed. If you have a date in mind, you could ask him, but depending on when it is, some churches won't allow you to book more than a year out, it just depends. Good luck
