I'm at work so I can't post a copy of my draft, but I basically used a combination of the listing of the order of events in a Nuptial Mass from the beginning of the Together for Life book, and added in some sections from a sample program one of the other girls on the board used.

Basically, I have a basic program with each portion of the mass listed as well as the song/reading, and added in a few dialogue sections - mostly for our non-catholic friends, so they'd know to say "and with your spirit," for example.
