What is the best way to address an invite to the Deacon and his wife?

Deacon and Mrs. FirstName LastName  ?

I just put Deacon his and  Wife (her name) and their last name

I believe the proper way to address a Deacon is: Reverend (or Rev.) Deacon John and Jane Smith
