cold weather worries

Planning on having ceremony and reception all outside and am worried about the weather being too cold!  This may be a long shot, but does anyone vaguely remember the weather last year around mid Feb, in central TX (the hill country specifically)?

I don't know if this will help...but the news said that the farmer's almanac is predicting a farely mild winter this year.  Not that it won't get cold some but overall it is supposed to be mild.
