there is no difference at all in cost between type but there is differences between counties. we got ours in dauphin and had no problems.
self-uniting is the same as a regular license in that you need to apply no less than three days before the wedding and no more than sixty. in dauphin county there is no wait time, you walk out with your license that day, but i do know in other counties they will hold it and you have to go back and pick it up. im not sure what area you are from.
