marriage certificate question in lancaster??

I just got married on Sept. 18th and our officiant told us that the laws in Lancaster  have recently changed for receiving a certified marriage license. She told us that they don't send the CERTIFIED marriage certificate out automatically anymore and that we have to either go to the courthouse to pick up a copy for $10 OR mail in a form and a check for $10 per copy and they will mail it to us? Does anyone know if this is true?

I was married in 2007 in Lancaster and didn't automatically receive the certified copy. I had to mail in a form and pay $10. Sorry!
