    Knowing that I'm going to Christmas parties this week.

    If you did any workouts, what did you do?
    Elliptical at the gym twice, bike at the gym once since my knee was hurting, hiked 3 times

    What was your favorite healthy meal of the week?
     Pita Pizza!

    continue the workouts, eat smaller portions at meal times

    Pita Pizza
    whole wheat round pita bread
    marinara sauce
    low fat mozzerella
    italian seasonings and crushed red peppers
    Bake @ 400 degrees until the cheese melts

  • I lost .6 lbs :)
    What was your biggest motivation last week?  My big loss last week really got my butt going to actually care and work out a bit.

    If you did any workouts, what did you do?  I got to the gym twice and did some walking around the malls and such

    What was your favorite healthy meal of the week?  Probably my lunches of baked potato soup

    What is your goal for next week?  Get to the gym more and be better on the weekend

  • I have been waiting since thursday for this post lol i lost another 3 lbs in the last 3 weeks (7 in total in the last 2 months) super pumped b/c i have been stuck at this plateau for like 6 years :)

    What was your biggest motivation last week? that i weighed myself like a month ago and found i had lost 4 lbs in the month before.
    If you did any workouts, what did you do? curling, 2x shovel snow, hike (to get our christmas tree)
    What was your favorite healthy meal of the week? I started eating these green smoothie things for breakfast and they are actually really good and so filling!
    Any motivational tips? quotes, pics, sayings, etc. you would like to share?
    What is your goal for next week? continue to work-out, eat lotsa greens and loose close to one more lb
