Anybody Use Ted and Carl Catering?

Hey guys,
Has anybody ever used or heard about Ted and Carl catering? I'm liking their menu, pricing, and the services they're willing to provide, but they don't do tastings. I can't imagine they'd still be doing business if the food sucks, so it must be good, right?

    Never heard of them. Can you possibly pay for a testing??? It would be worth finding out if they really are good.
