bachelorette party

I'm having a hard time making a list for my maids as to who I want at a Bachelorette party.  I have 8 definites (including my 3 maids) and about 4 more I'd kind of like there.  Is 12 too many?  I haven't been to many, but I feel like that's more than usual.  Is there an obligation to return the favor of going to someone elses bachelorette party?

    The b-party guest list can be as big or small as you want - unless, of course, it will affect transportation or something your BMs may be planning for you.

    I agree with PP.  It can be as big as you want it to be, but I'm sure your MOH and BM are planning it.  Only people who are coming to the wedding should be invited though.
