Chocolate Fountain

I am looking for a chocolate fountain vendor!  I fell in love with the delicious treats at one of the bridal shows but did not pick up a card because I was distracted by the food.  Now I am in search...

They must provide all of the dipping food for the fountain as well as someone to monitor /clean the table and replenish the goodies.  I know there are a few out there but any suggestions would be great!
